1. Subscription & Free Trials
We believe in flexibility. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. However, specific rules apply to trials and billing cycles.
Free Trial Policy
If you subscribe to a plan with a trial period (e.g., 7-Day Business Trial):
- Automatic Billing: You will be charged immediately upon the expiration of the trial period if you do not cancel beforehand.
- No Retroactive Refunds: If you fail to cancel before the trial ends and the charge is processed, we do not provide a refund because user have already used 7 day trial services and we consider this as user want to continue services.
Cancellation Effect
If you cancel your subscription (whether during a trial or an active paid month):
- Auto-Renewal Stops: You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- Service Continuation: Your account and number will remain active until the end of your current billing period (or trial period).
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility & Usage Limits
Because we incur immediate costs to provision real US phone numbers from carriers, we have strict usage limits to prevent abuse (such as "burner number" fraud).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Refunds are automatically voided if abuse is detected.
The "Usage Rule"
You are NOT eligible for a refund (even for technical issues) if you have exceeded the following limits on the number:
- Call Volume: You have made more than 5 outbound or inbound calls.
- OTP/Verification Abuse: The number has sent or received ANY SMS related to OTPs (One Time Passwords), verification codes, or account creation links (e.g., WhatsApp, Google, Facebook verification codes).
These actions indicate the number was successfully "used" for its intended purpose, and therefore the service has been rendered.
3. The 21-Day Technical Guarantee
We stand by our infrastructure. If you experience a genuine technical failure (e.g., unable to receive calls due to carrier blocking), you are protected by our 21-Day Guarantee.
Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 21 days of purchase.
Resolution Process
- Step 1: Report. Contact support immediately if your number is not functioning.
- Step 2: Service Extension. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. We will credit your account with free service days equivalent to the downtime experienced while we fix the blocker.
- Step 3: Full Refund. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within 21-Day of your report, you will be issued a 100% refund.
4. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a request, please email support@onecallix.com with:
- Your Account Email
- The Phone Number in question
- A description of the technical issue
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are considered fraud if a refund was not first requested via our support channel, and will result in a permanent ban of your account and blacklisting of your identity across our network.
